The Eternal Secret of the Ages: Learning how to be Alone

"Alone" both physically & mentally:
For 3 days remain totally alone (preferably in nature)– no people, no family, no lovers, no close friends, no drugs or alcohol, no meat, no telephone calls, NO TV!, no radio, no internet or computer, no newspapers or magazines, etc. Unplug! ~Watch how desperate we become to feed the Ego~ This is the real Armageddon–the one that rages within!

The Real Armageddon: Learning how to be Alone!

"...at first seems like a poison but as it matures is like Elixir, the happiness which springs from the serenity of one's own Spirit." - Bhagavad Gita

The Grand Old Love of the World

I had this t-shirt for years before I found the following written inside:

   This is an Offering
  Let go
Surrender into the radiant desert of detachment
as you are guided seamlessly into the realization of self
  Becoming strength and compassion
Becoming the leader of your own mystical ordinary life
Becoming the change you want to see in the world
You are blessed with the incredible responsibility of choice
and the option of how you experience those choices
   This is an offering
   Go with gratitude
Remembering humbly what has been laid before you
Recognizing the manifestation of your imagination
Embracing the passion that is your birthright
   Know thyself
         as all exists within
         and all reflects around
The time of the lone wolf is over
   Gather yourselves
   Remove struggle from your vocabulary
For we are the ones we've been waiting for

Foundation

SCIENTIFIC FACT: (Empirical Evidence) - "What is tried and tested is left uncontested without an alternative theory."

PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS: (Critical Reason) - "Sound logic contests, but does not necessarily best, what is observed and based on experience."

ARTISTIC INTEGRITY: (No Lies) - "Disagreements are welcome, for they might reveal truth. May mistakes be forgiven, and chalked up to youth."

APPLICABLE PRACTICALITY: (How & Why) - "Examples, suggestions, constructive critiques, as well as the purpose and reason to seek."

SPIRITUAL DISCOVERY: (No Limit) - "No established religion, new-age spirituality, or non-theistic philosophy is not for consideration; each one is sacred and approached with respect, but everything is fair-game to question.
